Michael Palmer Fontaine

Founding Partner Michael P. Fontaine, Esq., represents clients in all areas of personal injury law, including premises liability, inadequate security, medical negligence and trucking accident claims. Prior to relocating to Rhode Island in 2001, Mike served as an Assistant District attorney and Assistant Attorney General in the Tort Litigation Division of the Texas Office of Attorney General before moving to a nationally recognized private practice law firm. There he focused on Healthcare litigation, Nursing Home litigation and Products Liability claims. Upon arriving in   Rhode Island, Mike served as an Assistant Attorney General in both the Civil and Criminal Divisions before entering into the private sector as an insurance defense attorney. In addition to his strong negotiating skills, Mike has taken numerous cases to trial in both the State and Federal Courts in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and the State of Texas.

Brandon Scott Bell

Founding partner Brandon S. Bell, Esq. represents clients in all areas as of personal injury law, including products liability, maritime/admiralty, and construction claims. In addition to his deep knowledge and experience in personal injury, as a partner in a previous firm, Brandon also represented numerous clients in divorce actions, criminal allegations and before administrative bodies through formal hearing process. Brandon has tried numerous cases to verdict in bench (judge sitting without a jury) and jury trials in both State and Federal Court in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and throughout the Eastern Seaboard. Brandon has also been selected to serve as lead counsel in several cases brought before the Supreme Court of the State of Rhode Island.
